Val Harmer

Valerie has run her own Media and Marketing Consultancy for the past nine years. In addition to Life Managers, Valerie handles projects for a variety of companies including a TV Broadcaster. Valerie's business background includes training sales personnel for a major pharmaceutical company, practice development for Arthur Andersen and recruitment consultancy. Valerie has excellent negotiation skills and is a born organiser.

Catrin Howkins

Catrin is former Marketing and Promotions Manager for BBC Wales where she had marketing responsibility for the entire BBC Wales brand portfolio. Catrin's previous roles at NTL and S4C encompassed integrated marketing and communications activity to help raise company profile and increase sales. Catrin has excellent negotiation and communication skills, is highly organised and a fluent Welsh speaker.

Andrea Sholl

A qualified marketer with 10 years management experience in retail marketing and 10 years in the property market.

Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified and a simplistic, common sense approach to improving business performance is a major strength, coupled with the ability to maximise customer satisfaction ensuring you retain your existing customers and attract many new ones.

Having taken three companies through a major re branding programme, Andrea has the skills to change the face of your business and the experience in recruiting credible agencies from design to advertising.

A passion for property which is backed up by her own house featuring on BBC2W Hot Houses and appearing in 25 Beautiful Homes, Andrea can offer you several services in the property market from finding your perfect house, recruiting reputable builders, offering room makeover advice and clearing the clutter.
